Pastors James & Tiffaney Edwards
Senior & Assistant Pastor
Pastors James and Tiffaney Edwards are the visionary founders and lead pastors of Transforming Faith Christian Center, united by a shared calling to see lives healed, restored, and transformed through the power of God. Pastor James’ journey from a childhood marked by poverty, abuse, and fatherlessness to a life of faith and purpose is a powerful testament to redemption. After a profound spiritual awakening in 2004, he embraced his calling to ministry, was ordained by Bishop Marvin L. Winans, and has since served as a prison chaplain, youth minister, and nationally recognized motivational speaker known as The Most Valuable Motivator.
Pastor Tiffaney’s own life-changing encounter with God shaped her passion for restoration, encouragement, and empowering women from all walks of life. A University of Houston graduate and Senior Vice President of Real Estate for a national bank, she brings both spiritual depth and practical wisdom to ministry. Together, they lead with authenticity, faith, and vision, serve as marriage counselors through Grace & Truth marriage ministry and podcast, and live as a living testimony that God can transform tragedy into triumph for generations to come.
Aaron Hinkston III
Executive Pastor
As Executive Pastor, Aaron is tasked with integrating members into the life of the church through connection. He leads leaders and teams in building systems of structure and growth for the exponential growth of the church. He passionately builds strong relationships, develops systems, and creates environments where people don’t just attend church but they are inspired to belong, grow, and serve.
He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he earned a Bachelor’s of Art in Architecture and also the College of Biblical Studies where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Christian Leadership.
Aaron is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas. He enjoys spending time with family and in his free time, you will find him somewhere fishing. Aaron’s heart’s desire is to see those around him blessed and living in the fullness of their potential to receive all that God has for their lives.
Anthony J. Andrews II
Chief Operating Officer
Anthony J. Andrews II, a seasoned leader and Kingdom builder, brings a wealth of experience in leadership development and strategic vision. A graduate of Florida State University, Anthony has excelled as a Regional Director in a Fortune 500 company and as the CEO of a thriving Health Care Sales Consultant company.
With a strong commitment to service, he has contributed to various non-profit organizations and, for 12 years, led Kingdom Agenda International Ministry as Lead Pastor and Overseer. Anthony’s passion lies in empowering individuals to unlock their potential and fulfill their divine purpose.
Masia Collins
Director of Human Resources and Finance
Masia Collins serves as the Director of Human Resources and Finance at Transforming Faith Christian Center. Her primary focus is to ensure that all departments are fully staffed and functioning as efficiently as possible. Additionally, she manages the Finance Team, Payroll, as well as Procurement. Masia serves in whatever capacity that best supports TFCC’s mission, values, and culture.
Masia thrives at implementing structure and processes, which derives from her extensive background in Human Resources, which spans 20 years across multiple industries including multi-family real estate, healthcare, and the oil & gas/energy sector. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management Information Systems from Prairie View A&M University. In her spare time, Masia enjoys cooking for her loved ones and spending time with her dog, Charlie.
